Lawsuit Cash Advance

Every evening when I turn on my TV set I see ads from private loan agents who guarantee fast advance cash for people who are short of funds. Today, I came upon this site that actually helps those who are in need of money while going through a lawsuit. This term is call Lawsuit Cash Advance and Lawsuit Legal Finance guarantees no loaners will have to pay until their lawsuit case or claim settles. I bet you are thinking to yourself, “How is that possible?” Scoot over that their site and you be the judge of it.

Bah!

Work = Busy.

Why?

Co-worker is not here and I have to clean up su-zhou shiet (fig.: clean up their mess and when they are back in the office, everything will be fine and dandy). I find myself the Suzhou Shiet Lady in my dept. I can’t wait for my maternity leave. Let them clean up after themselves!

I have been busy, lazy and exhausted…that’s why you don’t even see me write paid post. I told her I find myself reserving the opps but just don’t have the mood or time to start on ‘em. What did I do? Just let it run out of time and let some lucky bloggers get those opps instead. Will I get stressed out about that? Nah! I’m not making mega bucks writing paid posts (altho’ they are fun to write).

Okay, back to work now.

Niagara-like posts

It still amazes me how some of the bloggers out there can write and write and write. 4 days of MIA and I came back with 400+ posts in my blogfeeder. WOW! It doesn’t help when I have to multi-task at work and try to browse through all the blogs (that I frequent). If you don’t see me comment, it doesn’t mean I did not read. :)

Monterey and back…

We’re back! The trip to Monterey was fun, well, at least it was fun for Ms. Belle. Both Jon and I are pooped! One thing I have learned from this trip: Never ever travel during the 3rd trimester ESPECIALLY when you’re towing along a toddler. The photos are in another laptop, so, no pics today. Sorry! Matter of fact, we didn’t take much photos ‘cos Belle is at the  “me see me see” stage. Yup, whenever we try to take her photos she will wanna stand behind the camera…thinking her double will be in front of her.

This week marks Baby C’s 30th week. 2 more weeks and she will be 8-mth gestational old. The kicking and punching are getting stronger and boy, is she an active one. Needless to say, I get exhausted easily and I REALLY need a massage (big hint to the hubby).

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to fellow Americans (meaning all who stay in U.S. of A)!!!!! :)

We’re heading off to Monterey bay and it will a mini vacation for 3 of us before Baby C pops. I hope Belle loves the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I have been showing her  pictures of sea animals; let’s hope it pays off.

It will be a leisure vacation and we aren’t gonna rush ourselves. Adios!

Don’t kill your diet plan just because it is the holidays

Are you the type who tends to eat whenever you are under stress? I have known a few who admit willingly to binging on late night snacks whenever they are under 1) emotional stress (e.g.: dumped by their other half) 2) mental stress (e.g.: cramming for mid-term or final exams) and 3) social stress (e.g.: having to live up to society norms).

With Thanksgiving holidays around the corner, many people will be under a lot of stress. Many of us are pressured to cook the perfect Thanksgiving dinner or pressured to be the best host to friends and family. At the end of the day, some of us end up eating more than our stomachs could hold. That is how the term, “Stuffed like the Thanksgiving Turkey” came about.

For those who are planning on eating a healthy balance meal, you can say bye-bye to that diet plan. Majority of the time it is those people who tend to eat under stress. So, what can you do to prevent binging during the holidays? First, you can go to Dr. Gould’s Holiday Survival Guide . It will help you deal with your diet and at the same time pinpoints to what is causing the emotional eating.

Press Release:

SURVIVAL GUIDE TO AVOID HOLIDAY WEIGHT GAIN

Free interactive tools and tips keep you from adding on those extra pounds

Los Angeles, November 19, 2007 / — Just in time for the holidays, ShrinkYourself.com, the website of emotional eating expert Dr. Roger Gould, has launched a free, interactive Holiday Survival Guide designed to keep you from putting on extra pounds during the coming holiday season.

Happy holidays? Not always. Although the season should be a time of celebration, it often becomes a time of stress, overeating, and binges. Your mother-in-law criticizes your cooking. Your brother’s wife talks down to you. Your parents keep asking when you’re having kids, when you’re getting married, why you don’t come home more often, and on, and on…

Hectic schedules, tight pocketbooks, and family dynamics all contribute to the stress and desire to overeat, leading to unwanted weight gain by the time the new year rolls around. Dr. Gould’s Holiday Survival Guide, however, aims to turn holiday stress into holiday cheer.

Focusing on the underlying, psychological causes of holiday weight gain, Dr. Gould’s Holiday Survival Guide offers free online tips and interactive tools, such as “7 Ways Your Family Makes You Fat” and “Take Charge”, that provide personalized solutions to minimize holiday tension and the often-accompanying weight gain. Customized for each individual, the tools pinpoint potential issues and challenges triggered by holiday related stress and provide users with personalized reports containing insights and tips that they can use to approach the holidays in a new, more empowering way.

According to Dr. Gould, a pioneer in the delivery of online therapy and author of the bestselling book “Shrink Yourself”, holiday related stress is a key trigger of overeating, with family gatherings being one of the likely times that people get pushed over the edge. Most overeating and bingeing can be avoided, along with the unwanted weight gain, by using the Holiday Survival Guide tools to prepare for these challenging situations ahead of time.

Another core component leading to holiday stress and weight gain is emotional eating, using food to deal with feelings and provide a form of relief or reward. Dr. Gould has studied stress, including emotional eating, for over 25 years and has helped tens of thousands of people via his innovative online programs, books, and clinical work. He applies these same successful techniques in his Holiday Survival Guide, addressing the critical link between emotional issues and overeating to help people avoid holiday weight gain. Dr. Gould wants to help you shrink yourself.

The Holiday Survival Guide can be found at http://www.shrinkyourself.com/holiday, along with additional information on emotional eating.

Face of many expressions

Jon took these photos and I didn’t know about it till I had it uploaded onto my laptop. I find it HILARIOUS!

I have NO idea what Belle was doing. Maybe she ate something sour, maybe she saw something that grossed her out. Regardless, that facial expression had me cracking up!

Here’s another funny one of her winking…

Her face looks so round and chubby. Doncha wanna squeeze her? We sure do! :)
